Responsible for the creation & execution of the marketing strategy globally, and will set the strategic marketing agenda and goals

A primary focus on lead generation marketing efforts

Oversight of all marketing activities, such as:

  • Developing, overseeing and running marketing campaigns for the purposes of lead generation
  • Developing marketing strategy to target specific demographics/markets, market segments, specific types of managers etc. and generating relevant prospects lists
  • Content creation – Liaising with Coremont subject matter experts to agree and plan content roll out (research, thought leadership, case studies, newsletters etc)
  • Copywriting, helping with copy creation and proofreading
  • Digital marketing – drive brand awareness through the right channels by advertising, posts, client emails, articles
  • PR/ press releases and media management
  • Monitoring and managing the firm’s social media space (posts, shares, increase followers, presence and making sure all activity is aligned with the marketing campaigns/targets list we run at each point in time)
  • Reviewing SEO status & digital analytics
  • Website management, keeping it current and aligned with current marketing initiatives
  • Managing Marketing automation tools/CRM
  • Production & maintenance of new marketing/sales material
  • Ensuring brand messaging is always clear & consistent, but evolving over time as required; delivering brand awareness training for staff; help with employee/industry events
  • Oversight of outsourced work to agencies (design, video, advertising, PR etc)



  • At least 7 years digital marketing experience
  • Past experience in fintech, financial services or hedge funds is an added advantage
